A distribution relationship—not control over a child’s showcase.
Version 2026-10-12
1. No cost or required purchase
There is no program fee for an approved Partner. Families participate voluntarily and purchase directly from ProudSpot.
2. Parent/guardian controls the ProudSpot
The organization does not own, edit, approve, publish, or receive private access to a family’s ProudSpot. The adult purchaser controls privacy and publication.
3. Referral attribution and compensation
ProudSpot may offer a $20 referral payment for a qualifying paid ProudSpot order that is correctly attributed to the Partner code. Payouts are reviewed manually. Before payment, ProudSpot may require information reasonably needed for identity, payment processing, accounting, or legally required tax reporting. Refunded, charged-back, disputed, duplicate, fraudulent, test, employee/owner self-referral, or otherwise ineligible orders do not qualify. ProudSpot may change or discontinue the referral amount prospectively.
4. Disclosure required
If a Partner may receive money or another benefit for a referral, the Partner must clearly disclose that material relationship when recommending ProudSpot. Do not present the recommendation as independent if compensation may be earned.
5. Youth marketing
Partners must direct ProudSpot promotions to parents/guardians or other responsible adults, not solicit purchases directly from minors. Do not request or collect a child’s private ProudSpot management credentials.
6. No misleading promises
Partners may describe ProudSpot as a personalized digital showcase. Do not promise recruiting, scholarships, auditions, admissions, sponsorships, exposure, performance outcomes, or any guaranteed result.
7. Brand and conduct
Partners may use ProudSpot-provided marketing copy and links for referral purposes. Do not create misleading advertisements, impersonate ProudSpot, make unsupported claims, bid on or register confusing ProudSpot names, or use spam or unlawful outreach.
8. Program protection
ProudSpot may pause or retire a code, withhold an ineligible payout, or end participation when needed to protect families, the brand, compliance, or program integrity.
9. Acceptance
Submitting the Partner application constitutes acceptance of these terms and the required compensation-disclosure acknowledgement.
