What exactly do I get?
A personalized, motion-led showcase built around their story, achievements and personality — with your approved photos, video and a personal parent note. It comes with a clean permanent link, a QR code, a ready-made share message and social card, and one year of hosting.
How much work is it for me?
About 10–15 minutes for the guided setup. You add photos, video and audio afterward from your Parent Dashboard, whenever you’re ready. No design skills needed.
Who can see it?
You decide. Choose Public, Unlisted (only people with the link), or Private with a password. ProudSpot does not submit individual showcases to search engines.
Can I make changes before it goes live?
Yes. You review the finished showcase privately first, one consolidated revision is included, and nothing goes live until you approve it.
What happens after the first year?
Hosting can be renewed for $20 a year. Renewal is never automatic — you’ll only be charged if you choose to renew.
What can I upload?
Up to 20 files — JPG, PNG, WebP, MP4, MP3 or M4A — at 25 MB each and 40 MB in total.
Who is ProudSpot for?
Young athletes, performers, musicians and graduating seniors age 13 and up. Every ProudSpot is ordered and controlled by a parent or guardian.
What is your refund policy?
