ProudSpot Terms of Service
Effective October 8, 2026 · Version 2026-10-08-national-v1
ProudSpot is a done-for-you digital showcase service operated by Liberty Smart Consulting Group LLC. These terms apply to every ProudSpot purchase and any ProudSpot created through it.
1. Who may order and submit content
The purchaser and submitting adult must be at least 18 years old and must have the authority to provide the submitted content. When a ProudSpot features a minor, the submitting adult must be the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to approve the content and publication. ProudSpot currently accepts new orders only for people age 13 or older.
2. The ProudSpot service
The price is $129 as a one-time purchase. It includes one personalized ProudSpot, one consolidated revision, one year of hosting beginning when the ProudSpot is first published, and the standard share kit. Scheduled design calls are not included in the standard ProudSpot package; one-on-one support remains available through the Parent Dashboard. Additional custom work is not included unless separately agreed. Standard media allowance is up to 20 supported files, no more than 25 MB per file and 40 MB total per ProudSpot.
3. Automated preparation, review and publication
ProudSpot uses automated processing and release checks to prepare the showcase from the information and media supplied by the adult customer. Orders are subject to automated technical release checks and a safety review before the private parent/guardian review is released. Orders that fail a safeguard are held for exception review. A ProudSpot is not published until the parent or guardian reviews and approves it. The customer controls whether the page is Public, Unlisted, or password-protected Private. Public and Unlisted pages can be viewed by anyone who obtains the link. Private pages require the current password.
4. Revision
The included revision is one consolidated change request. If it is requested after publication, the currently approved version remains live while the revised version is prepared and checked. The revised version does not replace the live version until the parent or guardian approves it.
5. Hosting and renewal
One year of hosting is included from the first publication date. Optional renewal is $20 for each additional year and is not automatic. ProudSpot may provide renewal reminders. After the included or renewed hosting period ends, a 30-day grace period may apply before the page is taken offline. A qualifying hosting-expiration renewal can restore the same permanent link.
6. Content rights and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ProudSpot a limited license to store, process, reproduce, resize, display, and deliver that content only as needed to create, review, host, support, and share the ProudSpot. You represent that you have permission to use the submitted photos, video, audio, text, names, and other materials.
7. Safety and prohibited information
Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information about a minor, including home addresses, private schedules, school dismissal information, passwords, financial information, or private contact information belonging to the minor. ProudSpot may reject, hold, restrict, or remove content that creates a safety, privacy, legal, or rights concern. Supported media formats are JPG, PNG, WebP, MP4, MP3 and M4A; HEIC/HEIF and MOV/QuickTime must be converted before upload.
8. Takedown and deletion requests
The Parent Dashboard can be used to request a takedown or deletion. A takedown or deletion request removes the ProudSpot from public access promptly; permanent deletion of stored records and media may require additional processing for operational, fraud-prevention, accounting, legal, or backup-retention purposes.
9. Payments, cancellation and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. A full refund may be requested before personalized processing begins. Once personalized processing has begun, the purchase is generally non-refundable because ProudSpot is a customized digital service, except for duplicate or unauthorized charges, ProudSpot’s inability to provide the purchased service, or where applicable law requires otherwise. See the Refund + Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived. A refund, chargeback, reversed payment, or lost dispute may suspend or archive access to the associated ProudSpot while the payment status is resolved.
10. Service availability
ProudSpot relies on third-party infrastructure and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Reasonable efforts will be made to restore service after outages and to preserve approved content during the applicable hosting term.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will apply prospectively unless a change is required for security, law, or platform integrity.
12. Copyright and takedown
If you believe material on a ProudSpot infringes your rights, contact ProudSpot through the published support channel or Parent Dashboard with enough detail to identify the material and the rights claimed. ProudSpot may restrict or remove disputed material while the claim is reviewed. See the Copyright + Takedown Notice.
13. Organization referrals
ProudSpot may compensate participating organizations for qualifying referrals. Referral compensation does not give an organization access to or control over a family’s ProudSpot. Partners are required to disclose material compensation relationships. See the Partner Terms.
14. Contact
For an existing ProudSpot, use the Support + control section of the Parent Dashboard. You may also reply to a ProudSpot transactional email once branded email service is enabled.
